avatar and gesture

• change to avatar number
• change to av number
• do gesture number
• do gesture gesture sequence   version 2.9999975

avatar state and pitch (version 3.434)

• set avstate state  where state is one of the following: walk, run, fly, swim, fall, jump, warp. You can also use the forms walking, running, etc.
• set pitch angle  with angle in degrees, where positive angle is looking down, negative is looking up
• set pitch down angle  with angle in degrees, where positive angle is looking down, negative is looking up
• set pitch up angle  with angle in degrees, where positive angle is looking up, negative is looking down
