Look at, Look away from
Use the Move, Turn and Look commands to move the bot a short distance or to turn it around. All distances are in metres (up to 2 decimals for centimetres), angles in degrees (one decimal for tenths of degree), directions as North, West, South, East or N, W, S, E and the intermediate positions: NNW, NW, WNW etc.
- move forward distance
- move back distance
- move left distance
- move right distance
- move up distance
- move down distance
- turn right angle
- turn left angle
- turn round angle
- look direction
valid directions: N, NNW, NW, WNW, W, WSW, SW, SSW, S, SSE, SE, ESE, E, ENE, NE, NNE.
The 3.4 bot has new commands:
- land
makes the bot land on the terrain (this may be slightly above a sloped terrain)
- touch
puts the bot at the exact terrain altitude
- corner
places the bot at the south-eastern corner of the cell it is in, facing north. It does not change the altitude of the bot
Use the Walk command to put the bot in a straight path motion. The bot won't stop until you give it a stop command. You can issue a Turn or Look command while the bot is walking to re-direct it. The Walk command always uses terrain sensing if a terrain is available!
Look at, Look away from
The bot, when not joining or following someone, can take special notice of one person, by either looking at it or avoiding it.
The verbal commands for looking at someone are:
- look at me
- look here
- face me
- look at name
- look at: name
For avoiding someone, use:
- look away from me
- face away from me
- look away from name
- look away from: name
You can issue a stop command to cancel these commands.
